Locally trained stayer Meteorologist won the last race on the card at the mid week metropolitan meeting held at the Gold Coast on Wednesday 19th November.
Ridden confidently by Tim bell, Meteorologist was last entering the straight and when Bell pushed the go button, the big horse stormed past his arrivals very quicky to take out the 1800m event worth $20,000.
Meteorologist was having his third start back from a spell after a successful winter campaign.
The four year old by Northern Meteor, winner of 4 races will be heading towards some Saturday city staying races for his trainer Marcus Wilson.
