Albert’s Choice claimed narrow victory today at Gatton in the Lockyer Valley Regional Council Cup.
Starting the $2.80 favourite, Albert’s Choice proves too strong for his rivals over the 1600m event.
Ridden by stable apprentice Minehiko Shimodaira, Albert’s Choice scored narrowly by a nose over Chilli Beach.
The victory gave Minehiko Shimodaira his first win from only two rides for the stable.
