Hong Kong and Australian owned Regal Trader dispalyed another impressive win at the Gold Coast on Saturday.
A ten out of ten ride by Bobby El Issa, Regal Trader drawn awkward in barrier 11 in the 1200m event, El Issa bounced him out from the wide barrier to slot in fourth one off the fence in the perfect position.
He travelled extremely well mid race, he pulled his way to the front to eye ball the leader at the top of the straight to sprint away to win eased down by a length and a quarter over the Matther Dunn trained favourite Red Bowers.
The Zizou gelding has now posted two impressive Gold Coast wins from only four starts for his trainer Marcus Wilson.
