Well bred Northern Meteor 3yo Meteorologist breaks through impressively at Eagle Farm today winning over 1800m.
Ridden well by leading rider Michael Cahill, he settled off the speed during the race and done his best work late by finishing strongly down the straight to win by 2 lengths.
Although still very green and learning what its all about, he will just keep improving as he gets older and matures.
He was purchased by his trainer at the Magic Millions QTIS sale.
He is by one of Australia's hottest sires Northern Meteor and out of Octagonal mare Buxom Babe who has now had 4 foals to race, all winners, with 3 of them metropolitan winners.
